SUPPORT AND ADVICE FOR STUDENTS & PARENTS

Nido Student is a Property Management Company, which means that we manage properties on behalf of many private owners and landlords. Our priority is and will always be the wellbeing of the people who live with us, and we work incredibly hard to ensure that our residents are safe and well. Despite having many stakeholders, we work closely with each one to advise and make the necessary recommendations, so that collectively we can do the right thing for our residents. We are who we are because of our residents, and they are always at the heart of everything we do.

These are tough times for everyone, and we are doing the best we can to ensure every student’s physical & mental wellbeing is protected as far as possible. We’re sincerely grateful for the efforts of our team which have gone above and beyond what anyone could have expected. Protecting and supporting our Nido community continues to be our top priority.

Though we have detailed, cross-border crisis and contingency planning in place for a range of scenarios, unfortunately, nobody has a manual to work from in managing Covid-19 and this is clearly a learning experience for everyone. We’re extremely grateful to our students for their understanding and will continue to do all we can to support them.
